    Current positions

    Product specialist

    As a Product Specialist at Cynch!, you will be responsible for helping our customers solve complex business problems by applying our software to meet their needs. You will assist current customers and teammates with their understanding of the product, capture and interpret customer feedback, and identify and test new product features to ensure flawless execution.

    You will field incoming help requests by email, CRM and sometimes by phone and route those requests to the appropriate team member.

    You will also assist with the implementation of the software for our new clients.

    Preferred skills and experience

    • Desire to communicate and assist customers
    • Previous experience successfully interacting with customers both online and on the phone
    • We’re a technology software company, so we need people who are adept at using online and mobile software
    • Experience with SaaS software
    • Experience in training is a plus
    • Knowledge of ERP is a plus
    • College graduate is preferred but NOT required
    • Fluency in English required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Senior angular developer

    As a Senior Front-End Software Engineer, you will be working closely with our product manager and our lead UI Engineer to design and build functionality on our large Angular application. If you want to make a large consumer-facing impact working on a large ERP platform, fast-moving, technology forward team, this is the role for you!

    Preferred skills and experience

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • BS in Computer Science or a related field is helpful but NOT required
    • UI development (web applications): 3 years (Required)

    Senior SQL server engineer

    As the Senior SQL Server Engineer, you will be working closely with the Chief Software Architect (the company’s CEO) to provide the data layer scaffolding required for our large, 1,000+ tables, ERP Angular application. If you want to work on a large ERP platform that will challenge your abilities on a daily bases and work on a fast-moving, technology driven team, this is the role for you.

    Preferred skills and experience

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • BS in Computer Science or a related field is helpful but NOT required.
    • SQL Server Development (5 years minimum experience).
    • Understand and be able to write very complex joins between many (at times, 40+) tables.
    • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, etc.
    • Experience with performance tuning, query optimization, using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler and other related monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
    • Experience with using SQL server in a high demand, always on environment.
    • Proven analytical problem solving and debugging skills.

    Senior technical lead

    As the Senior Technical Lead, you will lead the application engineering teams by coordinating with the product manager and individual contributors
    You will own and deliver complex technical projects from the planning stage through execution.

    Preferred skills and experience

    • Provide guidance on architecture and design, and define processes for launching products and features
    • Define, develop, and implement engineering best practices and strategies
    • Provide mentoring to both junior and senior engineers in their progress on business and personal career goals
    • Develop and track key metrics for quality and team performance, drive their improvement over time, and communicate their status
